We conducted a thorough Audit of their account, page and digital assets, and realised that there was untapped potential in custom and lookalike audiences. We set out to create multiple lookalike audiences that we knew would generate high ROAS, as well as clean up any wrongly configured audiences.
Using a combination of images and videos, we created several campaigns, split testing different angles, creatives and ad copies.
The initial Messenger campaigns performed well, garnering great engagement from potential clients who started a Messenger conversion with our client for a bag cleaning consultation.

Before we entered the fray in April, the client was struggling to grow sales whilst staying profitable. We realized that several key things were not in place: i) Proper targeting; ii) Adset split-testing was not ideal; iii) Wrong marketing angle in ad creative; iv) No conversion funnel.
After improving the above, we immediately saw a sharp increase in sales. The real game-changer was when we implemented an attractive conversion funnel. This includes upsell, downsell, cross-sell and abandoned cart recovery.
All-in-all, we were able to increase sales drastically, while ROAS i.e. profitability improved by 51.6% to 2.58x.

We fixed the client’s Pixel integration to enable more powerful solutions. We ensured that major points in the sales funnel, from View Content to Add to Cart to Initiate Checkout to Purchase, as well as the purchase value were all recorded properly by the Pixel.
After achieving > 100 Purchase events, we created Purchase lookalike audiences (LLAs), and ran Conversion campaigns, tying in with the client’s sales promo of the month. Initial results over a period of 3 weeks were very encouraging, as our conversion campaigns achieved 9.24x ROAS, that’s over $9 in sales for every $1 spent on media buying.
